• Built a HIPAA- and PIPEDA-compliant EHR and patient notes system serving 1,000+ patients and hundreds of home care agencies across North America.
• Engineered a clinical annotation tool and audit logger, so every change to protected health information can be traced. Designed RBAC enforcing least-privilege access.
• Own the WAF, rate limiting and KMS-encrypted S3 storage. Write HIPAA/PIPEDA policies, coordinate pen tests and drive remediation, including a CSP rollout.
• Cut billing rework by 70% with Bambora pre-authorization and integrated Stripe and Avalara. Improved performance by 50% through query tuning.
• Lead contributor on Bitbucket CI/CD, blue-green releases on Docker and Kubernetes, and the disaster recovery runbook. Led the team’s Claude Code rollout.
